These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Purple Compass Press website and purchases made through our online store. By placing an order through this website, you agree to these terms.
Products and availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, availability and other information displayed on our website are accurate. Product appearance may vary slightly from images displayed on different devices and screens. All orders are subject to availability.
Pricing
All prices displayed on the Purple Compass Press website are in Australian dollars (AUD). Purple Compass Press is currently not registered for GST and does not add GST to its direct sale prices. Shipping charges, where applicable, will be shown during the ordering process before payment is completed. We may change prices from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order already accepted and paid for.
Orders and payment
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order where we cannot supply the product, where an obvious pricing or website error has occurred, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
Signed and personalised books
Where offered, customers may request that a book be signed or personally inscribed by Katrin Costa. Customers are responsible for providing the correct name and wording for an inscription. We reserve the right to decline inscription requests containing inappropriate, offensive or otherwise unsuitable content.
Australian sales only
Purple Compass Press currently accepts online orders for delivery within Australia only. We do not currently offer international shipping through this website.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including text, graphics, branding and original images, is owned by or licensed to Purple Compass Press and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Content may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or retailers, including booksellers. Purple Compass Press is not responsible for the content, availability, pricing, privacy practices or operation of third-party websites. Purchases made from another retailer are subject to that retailer's terms and policies.
Consumer rights
