Where we deliver
Purple Compass Press currently ships orders within Australia only. International shipping is not currently available through our website.
Shipping charges
Shipping is not included in the book price. Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Local pickup
Free local pickup is available in Cairns, Queensland. Customers selecting local pickup will be provided with collection details after their order has been processed. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before collecting it.
Dispatch
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as promptly as reasonably possible. Signed or personalised copies may require additional processing time. Delivery times after dispatch depend on the delivery provider and destination. Delays outside our reasonable control may occasionally occur.
Incorrect delivery information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, additional postage may be payable before the order is resent.
Change-of-mind returns
Purple Compass Press does not offer returns, exchanges or refunds simply because you change your mind, decide you no longer want the book, or find it available elsewhere at a different price.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders
If your book arrives damaged, is faulty, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at info@purplecompasspress.com.au. Please provide:
• your name;
• order number;
• a description of the problem; and
• photographs of the item and packaging where reasonably possible.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Signed and personalised copies
Because signed and personally inscribed books are prepared specifically at the customer's request, they cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not limit any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law if there is a problem with the product.
